We have job openings for full time, part time, and per-diem staff nurses, RNS & LPNs. All candidates must have a valid NJ license. Other qualifications include
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate with patients and family
- Knowledge of PCC EMR systems
One of the things our staff love about us is that we look out for you. We have great excellent nursing staffing ratios. Our daytime ratio is 1:9, evening 1:12, and night 1:20. That means that you should not be overwhelmed and should have the backup you need for any of your nursing duties. We also value self-care. You get up to 32 days of PTO, which we encourage you to take. In fact, you get a cash payout for any unused days.
